If something's not right
How to make a claim
- 1 Tell us within 30 days of deliveryWhatsApp, call or email us with your order number and photos of the product, the seal and the batch number.
- 2 We review it within 2 working daysWe may ask you to send the product back for inspection. If so, we arrange the pickup at our cost.
- 3 Full refund or replacement, your choiceIf a product fails this guarantee, we refund the full amount including delivery to your Easypaisa or bank account, or send a replacement.

Every batch we sell is in our public register. Enter the batch number from your product to see the record we hold for it.
Verify your productBought from another seller?
We can only guarantee products bought from GymZup. If you're unsure about something you bought elsewhere, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what to look for.
