Verify your product
Every shipment we import is recorded in our batch register before it goes on sale. Enter the batch / LOT number printed on your product to confirm it came from us.
Where to look
Finding your batch number
Manufacturers print it in slightly different places. It's usually a short code of letters and numbers, labelled one of these ways:
LOT
Batch
B.No
Lot No.
- Tubs and jars: on the bottom of the container, often stamped next to the expiry date.
- Bottles of capsules: on the side of the label, near the barcode or the "best before" date.
- Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll find it for you.
