Sourcing & authenticity
Imported directly from the manufacturers
We buy every product from the brand itself or its officially authorised distributor, record each batch when it arrives, and let you check it yourself.
Our process
How a tub gets to you
-
1
Ordered from the source
Orders go straight to the manufacturer or its authorised distributor. Never to local resellers, parallel importers or "stock lots".
-
2
Imported with full paperwork
Each shipment clears customs with its commercial invoice and import documents, which we keep on file.
-
3
Checked and recorded
On arrival we check seals, labels and expiry dates, and add every batch number to our register.
-
4
Stored properly
Products are kept indoors, away from heat, sunlight and humidity, as the manufacturers recommend.
-
5
Shipped sealed
Your order leaves exactly as it left the factory. We never repack, decant or relabel.
Verify your product
Check any batch against our register
Enter the batch or LOT number printed on your product. If it came from us, you'll see the product, its manufacturing and expiry dates, and when we imported it.

How to spot a fake supplement
Counterfeits are common, wherever you buy. These checks catch most of them.
Check the seal
The inner foil seal should be flat, glued all the way round and printed with the brand's logo where the brand uses one.
Look closely at the label
Blurry printing, spelling mistakes, stickers over the original label or mismatched fonts are warning signs.
Find batch and expiry
Genuine products have a clearly stamped batch number and expiry date. Missing or scratched-off codes are a red flag.
Use the brand's own check
Many brands print a scratch code or QR code you can check on their official website. Use it when it's there.
Distrust very low prices
Imported supplements carry real import costs. A price far below the market usually means something is wrong.
Buy from a seller who shows sourcing
An honest seller will tell you where their stock comes from and let you check it, like our batch register.
